Michel is also the chef, foodie and wine guy behind the Swedish wine and food blog Café Rotsunda, where he writes (in Swedish) about his own hedonistic life with wines and food, at his own kitchen table or at restaurants somewhere in the world.

Café Rotsunda is also the name of his well known home restaurant.
